Zumba has become very popular in fitness clubs. Is it the Latino music that makes you join the dance or the noticeably more gracious movements after a few Zumba classes that make people stick with this form of dance workout? However, I saw it and then tried it 🙂 now I’m adding 1 hour of Zumba per week in my schedule!
My advice is that you give it a try too. I have embedded some nice videos. There are plenty of them on YouTube in case that you want to continue your dancing classes. I am adding a link to my playlist with over 10 songs (will eventually add more as I find good ones) which is enough for a 40-minutes workout. Working out doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym! I find this form of training to be so much more fun!
