1 Medium-sized cauliflower
700 gram chicken fillet
7,5 dl sour-cream
300 gram cheese
salt & pepper
1. Dip the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes then divide it into florets and arrange it on a tray (pour a thin layer of oil on the tray before that).
2. Boil the chicken meat then cut it in slices and add them. Spice with salt and pepper.
3. Mix the sour-cream and eggs in a dish. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken layer. Spread the cheese.
4. Bake in the oven at 225° for 20 minutes.
